It’s the start of winter here in Australia. The grass is greener, the day’s are shorter, the nights are longer. Appreciate where we are, as so many are not as fortunate at the moment in different parts of the world and are unable to enjoy a peaceful life.
Research shows that by simply taking a drive in the country and seeing greenery is a wonderful way to rejuvenate and nurture your creative skills.
Gives me peace just looking at the pictures.

Thanks. It’s amazing what a drive in the country can do. There is beauty no matter where we are, we just have to be still, which sitting in a car forces you to be.

Even though it is summer here and I live in the country, I need to be reminded to “take a break” and rejuvenate. Thanks for the nudge!

Your photographs are wonderful.
I enjoy a drive near the ocean or another great body of water.

Thanks it’s a good way to unwind, slow down. I never fully appreciated the scenery before, don’t know why. Prob life was busier in the past when kids were young always racing around, stressed. Whatever the reason, certainly miss a lot being busy 🙂

Just starting to warm up, but we’re very spoilt with the weather. Love seeing new places. 🙂

I was travelling yesterday, so I’m a day late coming over from Susie’s party. Love your pictures! We had our first visit to Australia last summer, and I absolutely love it. Can’t wait to come back.
What kind of writing do you do? Best of luck on your book from a fellow writer.
